Have vista on laptop can i put it on desktop

Have vista Busness on laptop,(upgrade) it is a Sony laptop, can i install it
on my desktop which is a Dell with XP Pro on it. or do i have to buy another
upgrade one,

One install to one machine per license. You need a second license to install
to a second system. Additional license information:
