AVCapture.exe- The application failed to initialize properly

I recently brought a freeview program for my laptop (Dell Inspiron 9400
vista) but when i try to run it once it has been installed, an error message
appears, reading: AVCapture.exe- The application failed to initialize
properly (0xc0000022) Click OK to terminate the program. I would be grateful
if anybody has any ideas as to how this problem can be resolved.

I would start by contacting the manufacturer of the program. Visit their web
site. Look for their specific help forums. Look for their FAQ's.
