Allow Programs For Startup?

Vista is blocking to of my programs at in the Startup folder, there is
supposed to be a setting in Defender to tell it these programs are okay.
How can I add them if they are not already listed there?

Hi Bob,

From Windows Explorer, click tools and check the quarantined programs.
