I have a question?

I have a similar problem that tutylion had. I can download itunes/quicktime
but when I try to install it, I get error 2738 and says try again later.
Anyone know why?

Call Apple regarding problems with their software.

The article references XP, but the same steps to fix it apply on Vista as
well (note, you must be running as administrator)
