Blue screen On Vista Instalation and problems after the install

I got an

Asus M2N32-SLI deluxe
SATA 2/RAID 0 Seagete 2x320
AMD 64x2 4200+
800 MHz DDR2 dual chanel SUPERTALENT 2GB

Both o windows Vista Bussines 32 bit and 64 bit a have a blue screen at the
last step of instalation the time that Vista checks my system before it
starts the desktop.After the reboot,i cant open help and support,i click on
it but nothing happens,the same at some options at User Accont,i cant change
my name or account type.And in control panel/system It cant see what
prossecor i have either my RAM.If i go from SAFE MODE,ALL WORKS PERFECT,NO
PROBLEM AT ALL.
