Academic Home Premium to Ultimate

I purchased and academic upgrade from XP to Vista Home Premium with Office
2007 at Rutgers.

SAS statistical software ver 9.2 will be supported only on Vista Ultimate or
Business. Rutgers has a Vista Business upgrade, but I want to go the Vista
Ultimate route, since my computer is also used as a media center.

The can I use the anytime upgrade on the Academic Home Premium Vista to
upgrade to Vista Ultimate?
