Vista Ultimate Upgrade Error

Why does my system not upgrade to Ultimate from Premium even though the
upgrade advisor says Ultimate is the version to use? I have a DVD that I'm
using to install and it keeps stopping on an installation error. I have all
the upgrades and disabled security such as firewwall and One Care. Why won't
it upgrade? It worked on my laptop (although I went from XP to Ultimate, not
Premium to Ultimate) Please help!

What error are you talking about? And second, if this is a retail version
you have, then you can call MS for support.
