Acer Empowering Technology application software doesn't run on VIS

My notebook is Acer Aspire 5570 with Windows Vista Home Basic, i installed
the Application Software of Acer Empowering Tech but doen't run "error syntax
message" (Sorry, your Operating System is not supported).

Please advise me what would i do?

Have you considered contacting Acer ?

Download the Vista version from the support website from Acer.
