Vista business on multiple PC’s

Hi

I just downloaded a copy of vista business from the MSDNAA Program my
university has. A friend was telling me I can install it on two PC’s but that
sounded rather generous so I wanted to check if that is the case before I
format my desktop and my laptop.

One Vista license entitles you to install and activate Vista on just one PC.

Hi,

Your friend is probably confusing the license with that of Office (which
usually does allow for this). Check with the school's network admin to make
sure, but in general the licenses issued under the educational use programs
are only good for one install to a single system.
