Vista Reinstall Installer v4

It appears the Vista installer has become corrupt.

I receive these types of errors on installing MSI files.

Error 1101 Error reading file
*26* MICROSOFT Installer 8c8add9c-1f30-4b1a-927e b72cc4aadb91 \1033 mst

Running Vista Home Premium.

Is there a way to reinstall installer v4
