Even if you had the 32-bit DVD in hand, you can't install ANY 32-bit OS
while booted into a 64-bit OS, or vice-versa. You can't even clean install
Vista x86 by starting from WinXP x64, much less "upgrade" from WinXP x64 to
any x86 version of Vista. Too many differences between the hardware
drivers.
Your options are as Mark has outlined.
