VISTA Install Freezing

I have tried upgrading and clean installs with VISTA Home Premium and it
freezes during the install time and time again. I have tried installing
about 25 times with the same result. This is very frustrating. I ran RC1
with no problem but for some reason I can't get the retail version to install.

Foxconn CS1XEM2AA
AMD X2 3800
Latest BIOS installed
PNY NVIDIA GeForce 6600
Corsair CM2X1024-6400 DDR2-800 XMS2-6400 Xtreme 2gb

Hardware drivers are the usual suspects. Did you perhaps supply drivers
when you installed RC1, but didn't supply them this time?
