You can't "skip" keys unless you are doing a clean install from an upgrade
disk. Then you put the key in the second time around.
But, you have a problem.
To change from 32bit to 64bit, or 64bit to 32 bit, it has to be a clean
install wirh full OS, not upgrade..
In other words, boot from CD/DVD drive, delete partition, formatt, install.
