re-installing oem vista

I have a xp system but recently installed a oem version of vista home
premium. now i need to wipe my pc due to some problems. Could some one tell
me if i will have to call support to re-activate it. and how to wipe my pc
again pls.

Yes, you will eventually need to re-activate - just explain and they will
help you without further questions.

depends on how long it has been since you last activated.
changing the hard drive location may automatically trigger activation.
worst case the auto activation will fail and you have to rest\ort to telephone mode.
it is reported to be painless and fairly quick.

Just do a clean install of Vista by booting the Vista. It will either
activate through the internet or you'll need to make a phone call.
