Anytime Upgrade In Australia

Hi,
I have looked into the anytime upgrade option for upgrading from home
premium to ultimate. When I attempt to buy a licence key online id says that
anytime upgrade isnt avalible in your region. If anytime upgrade is going to
be avalible in australia, when is it going to be avalible?

You'd need to contact Microsoft Australia about this. The last article I
saw said just confirmed it wasn't available in Australia and gave no
indication of when or even if.
