Installation Problem

I have a pc with motherboard MSI P6N SLI with 4GB RAM (4X) Kingston
KVR667D2N5/1G. While i am tring to install Windows Vista Ultimate edition DSP
64bit it loads and copies the files of vista but when is trying to load
windows for the first time it shows a blue screen with a problem and that
windows has to turn off. But when i use 3 GB everything works perfect. I
change memory slots , i updated the bios and the same thing happened. What is
the problem?
