Messenger Live and Norton IS Vista

I can only get Web Messenger to sign in on Vista PC with Norton IS 07
installed. Messenger Live will not sign in. On screen help indicates problem
is most likely with Firewall settings in NIS. Turned firewall off, changed '
allowed sites' setting but no joy. Used Norton Web chat line and they deny
any responsibility and say ' talk to MSN' Great. Any one had the same
problem and found a solution. Thanks, Ian
