Setting up E-mail

I have Vista Home Premium and I can not set up email to send or receive
messages. I keep getting asked about my dial up connection or that it can't
be located. I use wireless web and am online when I get this message. I need
help.

Here is something to try.

Go to Internet Explorer. Go to TOOLS (In IE7 that is the pull down tab at
the far right edge), INTERNET OPTIONS. Select the CONNECTIONS tab. Set the
NEVER DIAL A CONNECTION button.

Been there, Done that. That does not work.

Try asking the NG at microsoft.public.windows.vista.mail
