Hi,
The Ultimate upgrade subsumes the license of the OS that was upgraded. In
this case, that is the Home Premium license. If you purchased through
Anytime Upgrade, you should be aware that these are not full upgrade
licenses, but rather a license to upgrade a version of Vista that you
already own. Once subsumed, the license for the upgraded product becomes
part of the upgrade. If, however, the Ultimate was a full upgrade, then you
should be able to reuse the Home Premium license, but you will need to phone
in the activation to reset it as it was previously activated.
