Install Windows Vista from USB key

Hello,
I am try install Windows Vista from usb key. But, after of create with the
BDD a DVD all automated for the installation of the Windows Vista, I am
having problems with the creation of an USB (Pen Drive) with the same
purpose.

- First formatted with the DiskPart the USB;
- After, I used the xcopy for copy the facts of the DVD created previously.

In my test I had the message of down the error:

File: \Boot\BCD
Status: 0xc000000e

Info: An error occurred while attempting to read the boot configuration
data.

Any help?
