Can't UNINSTALL Microsoft Office Small Business 2007

I go to control panel -> Programs and features -> click on Microsoft Office
small business 2007 and click UNINSTALL

I get setus error "the language of this installation package is not
supported by your system"

Any idea how I remove this from my system?
