Hi,
Could be....
- Dirty/smudged install disk
- Dust covered DVD lens
- Clogged %temp% folder
Try:
- Wipe the disk clean with a lint free cloth
- Run a CD/DVD lens cleaner disk on the drive
- Delete the contents of C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Temp (just type
%temp% into the start/search prompt to open to this folder, then edit/select
all/file/delete, do not be concerned if some files don't get removed as they
are likely to be in use).
