Re: AppCrash message on startup
Hi,
Fsquirt.exe is used for bluetooth devices. Do you have one attached to the
system?

Re: AppCrash message on startup
Hi,
Run msconfig and put it in diagnostic mode. If the error is gone when you
reboot, then it's highly likely that one of the startup applications or
services is invoking that file. Put it back in normal mode and start
disabling individual lines to isolate it.

Re: AppCrash message on startup
No luck. I set it to run in Diagnostic mode, but I still get the error.
There isn't a Bluetooth icon in Control Panel. Shouldn't there be one? This
is just kind of strange. I don't see any negative impacts from this message,
but it is just kind of annoying. Thanks.

Re: AppCrash message on startup
Hi,
No, there shouldn't be an icon in the control panel unless a bluetooth
accessory was detected by device manager. Do me a favor: Go to
http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/programs.php and download HiJackThis.
Right click the file and use 'run as administrator', then use the option to
scan and create a log file. Send the log to me at rick@mvps.org, use the
subject line of 'per req'. Please do not post the log here as an attachment
or otherwise.
