Re-enabling Autrun

i have recently installed a pience of software onto my computer that is
runnign Windows Vista Home Premium. In doing so somehow the autorun feature
has been turned off. How can i turn this back on so that when i incert a
CD/DVD it automatically runs it rather than having to reboot my computer
everytime i change CD/DVD

In the Control Panel, double-click on the "AutoPlay" icon. That has all of
the configuration settings you will need to fix the problem.

i have done that and set everything back to default settings however when i
insert a VB it still doesnt automatically play it & i have to restart windows
for it 2 be able to work.
