Reactivation bug...

In the last 3-4 weeks I've noticed that vista has suddenly started to ask me
to reactivate, seemingly at random. One day I'll fire up and it was ask, the
next it won't. I've a user since early beta and this is a legit copy I
purchased and activate release day. The issue is I haven't changed any
hardware. I updated only with drivers from Windows Update, and I'd hope that
loading new window supplied drivers wouldn't force me to have to call yet
again for activation. I did call the first time or two is popped up, but
when it keeps occurring for no reason it's getting old quickly. I've been
just clicking through the activation and canceling it and so far that makes
it go away for a few day, in spite of it warning me to activate or windows
will stop working, but it's getting a little old. Any idea for a fix for
this?
