?? about .dll for Meta Creation

Hi.

In Windows XP we have to install 2 .dll files, if we want to see the
metacreation filter in stationeries:
Dxmeta2.dll
dxtmsft3.dll

Can I use the same .dll's in Windows Vista Business?

I haven't tried, because to start the dll's we need to type som text in
"Start, Run" and Run. I don't know how to remove the order, if it is not
possible to use them.
