Windows Messenger w/ vista 32 bit

I can not install messemger from the windows live messenger tab. I get
getting error message 1601 which refers to disk space. I have 161 gb free. I
have tried it every which way possible and can not get it to install

Just download the installer from messenger.msn.com

Hi mr lasenby,

Right click the installer file, use 'run as administrator'.
