Fresh Vista 64 install & Windows Updates not working

i just instaled vits ultimate 64bit along with some other software and
windows update shows update but when i try to in stall them they wont
download just sits at 0kb

Did you install any anti-virus software before you tried WinUpdate?
Are you trying to install from your Administrator Account?

its working somewhat now but slow. only have 1 acount on pc and runing
kasparkey.

is ther a way i can just download the 2 service packs and install that
way???

i finly got windows update to work. the downloaded didnt. i had to install
1 file at a time all nigt long. but im now uptodate on sp2. ty for the
help everyone.
