I need help with an upgrade from home vista home basic to premium

I recently purchased a product key for an upgrade from vista home basic to premium and the person I purchased it from sent me a link that was supposed to give me everything I need to upgrade but (a) I realized they sent me the 64 bit version and I need the 32 bit version and (b) it didnt work anyway. I need to know if there is a way to get the upgrade with just the product key and not the upgrade dvd.

You need either the disk or the .wim downloads.
