installing drives problem

hi! i have a big issue, recently i tried to reset my computer to factory
settings but a failed. when i was installing the drives from recovery cd
i got an error (1005) and also i tried to reinstall windows intead but i
couldnt another error popped up (0xc0000135) it seems that is a
framework, but since i couldnt install the drives i cant install the
framework. i cant install anything at all. please help!!!! i've tried
everything, restoring to an earlier time, reisntalling windows; nothing
worked
i'd really preciate your help.

Run diagnostic on memory and hard drive.
