Problem Installing..Problem Event Name PCA2

Hi,
And thanks for any help with this problem I have. I can't get Digital
Screensaver Maker to work I down loaded uninstalled re downloaded from
the site a few times but when I try to save anything I does not save
anything. I looked in there folder
under options configuration settings it's in Asian language. And I get
this message in Problem Reports.

You need to contact Digital Photos Screensaver Maker's tech support for help
with their program. Obviously something in it isn't compatible with Vista or
there is some workaround, patch, etc. Only the program maker would know.
