To restore the Recycle Bin to the desktop in Vista Home Premium, right click on an empty space on the desktop and select Personalise. Then click on Change Desktop Icons and put the tick back against the recycle bin icon!

I've accidentally deleted my Recycle Bin several times over the years so I've had to learn how to restore it! LOL
