KMS Count Not Increasing!

KMS Count Not Increasing!

Hi to you all!

I'm having a problem, where KMS is installed and has appeared to
activate around 50 machines......However, the KMS count has not gone
above 14.

This seems to mean that other machines cannot activate.

Is there any way to force the count above 25?
