Administrator Privleges

I cannot unninstall any programs now even though I am the administrator.
Everytime I try I get a message saying the administrator has set
policies that prevent this installation. Then it says I dont have
sufficient access to unninstall it. I am the administrator and Ive never
had a problem with this before. My friend said he had the same problem
and it was because the administrator privleges were turned on or
something like that. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,

Run regedit, look here:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\Policies

Delete the key or string that locks out uninstalling software. Alternately,
you could also change the 0/1 value of the string preventing it.
