Component installation failed

After clean installing Vista Ultimate + all current fixes and SP from
Microsoft update I can't install Windows Mobile Device Center because
*dont have one or more windws component / modules* (no err num, rus
lang)
when I tryig to initialize windows components, (eg ActiveX installer or
any unmarketd components) - unsuccessefull instalation (failed)
By the way - I can't see all modules (eg Indexing svs, IIS, etc)
what can I do now?
