Hi, roseire.
Don't forget that Google (and now, Bing) is your friend.
Bing gets me nearly 10,000 hits on "80073712". The second one is the thread
at http://forums.techarena.in/windows-update/758930.htm, and it seems to
have a solution to this problem. That might be a good place to start.
