Setting Up OE6 in new PC

If I have no Data to transfer from another PC where would I find
instructions on how to set up OE6 on a new PC with Win. Vista?

Vista doesn't have OE6. It uses Windows Mail and you set
up your mail accounts the same way. You cannot connect
to your Hotmail Accounts anymore from Windows Mail.

In Vista, OE has been replaced by Windows Mail. Transferring your OE stuff
from OE to Windows Mail is addressed here:
