Need Help

I really need help, this is the 3rd time I posted a thread with the same
problem, because when I restarted my computer after installing windows
service pack 1 (anyways my PC vista), I receive this text after the
microsot corporation Loading etc.

All black screen then this is text that appears:
0xc0000034 !! 248/98378 (_00000000000000000.cdf-ms)

I'll really appreciate if you people could help me out I can't get in
the log in screen anymore

yeah i did rick, but it didn't fix my problem, OMG, If i can't fix my PC
I'll be getting a new one, next christmas, and I can't wait that long
because all my School projects, stuffs and games are there!
