Every time when i try to surf on the internet this crass appears on my
computer. I would like to know how I can solve this once and for all. Can
someone help me?

A browser plug-in is the most likely cause. From the browser, open
tools/internet options and go to the programs tab. Click the button to
manage add-ons and start disabling all non-Microsoft plug-ins.
