if you are doing a "clean" install will you not be formatting the drive and
as such no need to preinstall drivers.....................................
But after the Vista install.......you should install your Vista Mobo
drivers/video drivers/sound drivers/etc etc.
And dont forget if you have SATA drives to have the SATA drivers handy
during the install.
