I have just tried to download some music, but a message pops up saying
'Background Intelligent Transfer Server could not be started, it may be
disabled' It suggests going into start, but I don't really know what to do...

Select the start button and type in services.msc
You will be prompted to elevate, accept it.

In the list of installed services is the "Background Intelligent Transfer
Service" in the Started state?
