OneNote 2003 Print Driver

I have just upgraded from XP to Vista. I have reinstalled OneNote 2003 under
the new Vista. The print driver for OneNote is now missing. I have
reinstalled and still no print driver.

How do I get the OneNote 2003 print driver back under the Vista Home Premium?
