I got a error message (0xe00001000 error at location 0x7640b09e) when trying
to migrate my files and setting from my .mig file saved on a external hard
disk to my new computer. Everything seems to work fine for a while and then I
receive error messages saying that it can retrieve some files. So I just skip
them. After a while I receive a error from the application (0xe00001000
error at location 0x7640b09e) .
I know that Vista had fixes somes errors on my external hard disk when I
plug it for the first time on my computer. Maybe it corrupts my index and
somehow affects my mig file that was on the external hard disk..I don't know.
The only thing I know is that it show this error in the middle of transfert
process.
Here are the last lines in my log:

At this point, half of the files were extract from my .mig file but
unfortunaltely not the essentials ones!!! I need to get back all the files
inside my old directories onenote. Its 2 years of my phd thesis research that
are inside those files.
Is there a way to extract only some directories from the .mig file? Or, is
there a way to check and fix the errors on the mig file? An other software
that will make me able to open it and extract the files I need??
If someone could help me it would be really appreciate.
Thanks in advance
