uninstall unwanted non working Vista 64

I have a bit of a problem, I have 2 versions of Vista Ultimate 64 bit on
my PC. The first is on my "D" drive (this version does not work) I
reinstalled it on my "C" drive and now I can boot up again.

I want to uninstall the version that doesnt work but dont want to muck
up the boot settings. Please could someone help me out with how I should
go about it?

Hi,

Run msconfig from the start/search line, click on and delete the line that
loads the unwanted installation on the boot tab. Format D: and/or delete the
unwanted installation files. You may need to take ownership/change
permissions in order to delete files.
