windows PE e Firefox Portable 3.x.x

HI

I put in a USB stick, Portable Firefox 3.xx.

I started Windows PE 2.1, suitable to work with 64-bit operating
systems, and I tried to start Firefox Portable writing, from the
directory of that program, the command FirefoxPortable.exe but the
shell of Windows PE writes "Could not execute the specified program ".
Why?
