-I am running four HD drives on my system in Windows Vista 64 Ultimate
SP2. -
-When large directories or multiple drives are opened in Explorer it
quickly becomes confusing which drive in the tree I am looking at.

-
-I am hoping to change sub-folder colors to identify each drive's
directory and subs.:sarc:-
-I noted that there is a caution in the "change Icon" dialog that warns
you will not be able to view thumbnail contents, if this is done.

-
-A problem but not too aggrivating I suppose:huh:-
-I also wonder if directories (when copied or Moved) would change color
to the new drive color, with the path change?-
-My solution seems to be, copy existing ICONS from the library to an
external folder, then edit colors in Photoshop etc. to allow multiple
colored subdirectory Icons. -
-Then copy new colored Icons to the Icon Directory and apply to the
drive "and all subdirectories". -
-Will they need to be renamed? -
-How?-
-Just wanted to ask before I kluge'd the whole Icon directory for my
Newest PC.-
Thanks for any help.
