Office 2003 colours in Vista, any way to change?

Hope this is the correct place for such a posting, apologies if not!

Is it possible to change change colour of toolbars in Outlook, Word & Excel
2003 (and other office products) using Vista? Mine are an annoying blue
colour and like to change them.

It's not... and I doubt that you can change them.
