To change a file type icon:
Open this registry key and follow its default value
[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.mp3]
Default=mp3file
Open this key and set the path
[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\mp3file\DefaultIcon]
Default=C:\Path To\icon.ico
