vista backup

Ok, the prob is that i need to reinstall vista home premium but the laptop
came with no factory reset CD, is there a chance to create a backup for vista?

Usually, the manufacturer provides for creating one of these. Elsewise, you
will need to contact them about obtaining appropriate media, which they will
provide for a fee.

The support site as well as the manual(s) that came with the laptop
should explain how to create a set of disks from the recovery partition
on the hard drive usually seen as small amount of drive space
unavailable while booted in Windows.

The manual should also show the full system restore feature you use at
post time to see everything restored to factory condition with a key
combination as well.
