Bootmgr.xsl

I created my own bootmgr.xsl file, added references to fonts and pictures and
then edited the string to my liking. replaced the file inside the
bootmgr.exe.mui file, but the fonts didn't show on the output or the
pictures. The strings remained the same. Where do the fonts and pictures
go? John
